The "Kurosengoku Soybean Kinako Roll" cake will be on sale for a limited time only at Sunflower Park Hokuryu Onsen from Saturday, April 26th to Tuesday, May 6th!
Kurosengoku soybean kinako roll
This is a new collaborative product between Umeya, a long-established confectionery shop in Asahikawa City, and the Kurosengoku Business Cooperative Association in Hokuryu Town.

The dough contains rice flour, so it's fluffy and soft!
The cream inside is made with Kurosengoku kinako (roasted soybean flour) and wasanbon (a type of sugar that is added to sugar). It has a gentle, refined sweetness and the unique aroma and sweetness of Kurosengoku kinako, which matches perfectly!
An attractive Japanese-style roll cake that lets you enjoy the taste of Japan!!!

Boiled Kurosengoku tea and sunflower seed ice cream
The drink is boiled Kurosengoku tea, accompanied by sunflower seed ice cream topped with sweet summer mandarin oranges, azuki beans, Kurosengoku flakes, and Kurosengoku soybean flour.



During Golden Week, while watching the carp streamers, enjoy a blissful moment slowly savoring the soft and sweet exquisite "Kurosengoku Soybean Kinako Roll," with boundless love, gratitude, and prayer.
