The botamochi that you can enjoy while waiting for the cherry blossoms to bloom is "Kurosengoku Anko & Sakura Anko".
Feeling the budding of spring and the breath of life, we pray for a bountiful harvest this year.
A spring moment to savor slowly...
This homemade botamochi is made by cooking glutinous rice in a rice cooker, mashing it, rolling it into balls, and wrapping it in homemade Kurosengoku bean paste made by slowly simmering Kurosengoku soybeans until soft.
The Kurosengoku bean paste is sprinkled with Kurosengoku kinako soybean flour, and the Sakura bean paste is topped with desalted cherry blossoms!
With boundless love, gratitude and prayers, this delicious spring snack will have a gentle sweetness spreading throughout your mouth...
