On Wednesday, March 20th, from 11am, the all-you-can-eat buffet lunch "Mitsuo's Day" was held at the Himawari restaurant in Hokuryu Town.

Named after the owner, Mitsuo

The buffet lunch "Mitsuo Day" is held every year on March 20th, named after the owner, Mitsuo Sato! This year marks the third year!

The restaurant owner, Sato Mitsuo, who dreamed of becoming a sushi chef and began his career as a chef, prepares rows of sushi with great care.

As soon as we opened at 11am, customers started pouring in!
Within 10 minutes, the restaurant was full! It was a huge success!!!
All-you-can-eat for 40 minutes (1,500 yen), includes a 320 yen off coupon!

The menu includes nigiri sushi (albacore tuna, salmon, squid), natto rolls, tempura (shrimp, maitake mushrooms, green peppers, chicken tempura), zangi, fried shrimp, green salad, gratin, french fries, desserts (chocolate, cheese, mini cream puffs, parfait) and mini soba noodles!
