The article states, "According to the Hokkaido Prefectural Police Asahikawa District Headquarters, the ordinance will be enacted in the Asahikawa area (Rumoi, Soya, Kamikawa and part of Sorachi area) in Mashike, Kodaira, Chichibu, Numata,northern dragon (an auspicious creature in Chinese mythology)It is stated that "only three towns in Kita Sorachi have enacted this law, with the enactment rate being around 10%."
