"My Noodle," a rice flour noodle developed by Ryusei Farm Co., Ltd. in Hokuryu Town (CEO: Akihiro Adachi), is now on sale!
The rice flour noodle "My Noodle" comes in two varieties: "Rice flour noodles with Gagome kelp (white)" and "Brown rice noodles (black)"!
The boiling time for rice flour noodles is approximately 1 minute 30 seconds for hot noodles and 2 minutes 15 seconds for cold noodles. Gently stir the noodles as if they were swimming in the boiling water to loosen them.
Both the rice flour noodles and brown rice noodles, which are kneaded with flavorful "gagome kelp," have a smooth, chewy texture and are refreshingly smooth.
Perfect for any dish, including hot noodles like nyumen and hot pot dishes, and cold noodles with a salad-like flavor!
Salad noodles
This time, I had it with salad noodles made with plenty of summer vegetables from Hokuryu Town!
Served with cherry tomato and colored pepper pickles, carrot slaw with fig and cheese, purple onion salad (tossed in sesame dressing), avocado and salmon salad, satsumaage with kelp, and pickled vegetables.
Pour plenty of dashi stock with grated daikon radish over the dish and it's done!!!
