Taste autumn with salad rice noodles (brown rice noodles & rice flour noodles with gagome kelp) with plenty of vegetables from Hokuryu Town.
Rice-flour noodles "My Noodle
(President: Akihiro Adachi) of Hokuryu-cho, has launched "My Noodle," a new rice-flour noodle product developed by Ryusei Farm Co!
My Noodle" rice-flour noodles are available in two varieties: rice-flour noodles with kelp of gagome seaweed (white) & brown rice noodles (black)!
Boil rice-flour noodles for 1 minute and 30 seconds for hot noodles and 2 minutes and 15 seconds for cold noodles, gently stirring to loosen the noodles as they swim in the boiling water.
Both rice flour noodles and brown rice noodles kneaded with flavorful "Gagome kelp" have a smooth, glutinous texture that glides easily down the throat, giving the noodles a refreshingly cool feeling.
It is perfect for hot noodles such as nyumen and hot-pot dishes, salad-style cold noodles, and any other dishes!

This time it was served with salad noodles with plenty of summer vegetables from Hokuryu Town!
Pickled small tomatoes & colored peppers, Fig & Cheese with Ninjin Rapeseed, Vine Purple Osashishi (with sesame dressing), Avocado & Salmon Salad, Satsuma-age with Kombu, Shibazuke (pickles), and more.
Dashi broth with grated daikon radish is generously spooned over the top and voila!
