View this post on Instagram # King of Summer During a break from work, a beetle flew into a Japanese maple tree! When I looked, there were at least three beetles in the tree. The beetles are a domestic species that does not originally live in Hokkaido, but I was excited to see their magnificent horns. I stopped my work to take pictures of the beetles. Later, there was also a Miyama stag beetle of about 7 cm. ...I'll try to light trap them in the mountains someday. # beetle# mountain stag beetle # forestry# small forestry#hokkaido# Hokkaido# forest# forestry# local timber# firewood# hodaki# forestry in Hokkaido# self-sufficient forestry# sustainable living1 TP5T Living with Nature# Satoyama Management# Rural Living# Forestry for Living with Nature# Under Nature subnatural(A post shared by @shizenka2020 - August 26, 2020, 6:02 a.m. PDT
