The Hokkaido Shimbun Digital website, operated by the Hokkaido Shimbun newspaper (Sapporo), has published an article (dated March 7th) entitled "Life jackets are lifelines: Drowning prevention seminar held in Rumoi," which we would like to introduce to you.
The article states, "Approximately 30 people involved in tourism and government administration from the city, Mashike Town, and Hokuryu Town in the Sorachi region participated."
