Delicious bread from RICH Kobo, a freshly baked bakery in town run by the non-profit organization Akarui Noho (President Yumiko Takebayashi), is now available at Minorikchi Hokuryu.
RICH Kobo" December Sale Dates
There are six sales dates in December: Saturdays (3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th) and Tuesdays (13th and 20th). You can pick up in-store or at home by appointment.
Types of Bread
The bread varieties are: Salted Butter, Raisin Bull, Sunflower Anpan, Cream Bun, Melon Bun, Cheese Danish Bars, Chocolate Croissant, Curry Bun, Wiener Roll, Mini Bread, Fermented Butter Croissant, Cheese Tart, Kabocha Anpan, Tarako Cheese Bun, Brown Rice Butter Roll, Milk Cream Roll, Salted Caramel Croissant, Apple Pie, Blueberry Pie, etc., and new items this month are White Flower Bean Bread and Okara Cake!
New products in December: "White Flower Bean Bread" and "Okara Cake
The "White Flower Bean Bread" is filled with whole white flower beans and has a delicious sweetness!
Okara Cake is a moist, flourless snack cake made with okara (bean curd) and sunflower oil from Hokuryu Town and topped with sunflower nuts.
Delicious breads with a dusty, gentle sweetness!
Sunflower buns, pumpkin buns, brown rice butter rolls, and cheese Danish sticks.
