PR Presentation on Stage
PR presentations by each organization were held on the center stage of the venue. The event started with the fluent moderation of the general chairperson!
The "Hokkaido Small and Medium Business Kumiai Festival" is a two-day event held at the Sapporo Underground Walking Space, where 14 companies and associations have gathered.
Due to the two-year restriction of activities caused by this Corona disaster, it will take some time for the company to regain its vitality. In such an environment, there is a need for new ways of relief activities such as community digitization and sharing gradually.
The various types of unions have great potential to play an increasingly important role in the future. Fourteen unions and associations with such potential have gathered at this venue. We hope to introduce the potential of each union to the public, and through the two-day "Kumiai Festival," we hope to familiarize you with the role of small and medium-sized business associations. Please stop by and visit us.
We have prepared a survey form for this year's event. The stamp rally raffle attached to that form will feature a no-hassle prize.
The luxurious items include a Chateraise lodging voucher, a 5,000 yen flower gift certificate, dorayaki (Japanese pancakes), and more. We hope you will enjoy them. There will also be a mini four-wheel drive corner set up at the venue, which is popular among children, so we hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to participate in the event.

The top performer was Yukio Takada, President of the Kuro Sengoku Business Cooperative Association in Hokuryu Town!
Our town, Hokuryu-cho, is located in the northern part of Sorachi Province. It is a small town with a population of only 1,600, but it is a town of wonderful sunflowers. This summer (mid-July to mid-August), the one-month-long Sunflower Festival attracted as many as 280,000 visitors.
Kuro Sengoku Soybeans" grown in Hokuryu Town, the town of the sun, have a black seed coat, but the inside of the soybeans is green.
Kuro Sengoku soybeans, known as "Kuro Sengoku," used to be used as winter fertilizer for horses and cattle in the Sorachi area and as green manure in the Tokachi area in the past (from 1935 to 1975). In the beginning of the Heisei era, an agricultural researcher found and germinated the original seed of Kuro Sengoku. The seeds were then moved to Iwate Prefecture, but they returned to their hometown in Hokkaido and began cultivation.
Kuro Sengoku, with its beautiful green fruit inside, is a very delicate bean that requires a lot of sunlight and grows only in Hokkaido's harsh environment with large temperature differences.
In addition to raw soybeans, the company has developed a variety of products such as natto (fermented soybeans), soybean flour, tea, and Kurosekishi meat.
Each product contains no additives, and I enjoy kinako (soybean flour) every morning on my yogurt. 7 months from now, I will be 80 years old, and the source of my energy is "Kuro Sengoku Soybeans". I am thankful every day that I can keep my body healthy by eating natural products.
The "fresh Kuro Sengoku soybeans" we brought this time were freshly harvested at the end of October this year. We prepared them as soon as possible and managed to make it in time for today's event.
And the "Mame-Gohan" set includes Kuro Sengoku Don, germinated brown rice, rice, salt, and kelp, all of which are mixed together to cook the Mame-Gohan.
The "Kuro Sengoku Soybean Meat," which was very difficult to develop, does not have a manufacturing plant in Hokkaido. We had to go as far as Gifu Prefecture.
Kuro Sengoku Soybean Meat," made by pressing the oil from Kuro Sengoku soybeans, heating, pressurizing, and drying at high temperature, has a meat-like taste and texture, and is rich in protein, making it a familiar ingredient to health-conscious consumers.
Currently, "Kuro Sengoku Meat" is also incorporated into school lunches in Kita Sorachi.
We hope you will eat plenty of these "Kuro Sengoku Soybeans", one of nature's many blessings, and be active and healthy! Thank you!" said Chairman Takada, powerfully.

We received a variety of comments such as
This event was an effort to widely disseminate information about unions that are rooted and energetically working hard in communities throughout the province. I believe we have achieved our initial goal.
However, since this was our first time working on this project, I am sure there were many inconveniences. Based on our experience this time, we would like to proceed with the planning for the second event next year. We will continue to make preparations to make this a fulfilling event, and we hope that you will join us for consecutive years.
In conclusion, I would like to offer my best wishes for the continued growth of your association and the health of all staff members.
