This year, Sunflower Park Hokuryu Onsen Restaurant "Kazeguruma" will be offering four types of ehoumaki. The set includes four half rolls: "ehoumaki," "ebi katsu maki," "beef kalbi maki," and "kaisen maki!
The "eho" (direction of good fortune) is the place where the god Toshitoku resides and is believed to bring good luck. This year, it is "north-northwest"!
Gobble silently toward the north-northwest, praying for good health and good fortune! Bon appétit!
