Part 1: Seminar introducing Hokuryu Town 11:30-12:30
Here are some of the attractions of Hokuryu Town, a town with a population of less than 2,000. Hokuryu-cho is famous for its sunflower fields, which attract many visitors in summer. The rice produced in this town is called "Sunflower Rice," which won the "Japan Agricultural Grand Prize.
Part 2: Meals using Hokkaido ingredients 13:00-14:00
We will use ingredients shipped directly from Hokkaido. We will be serving sunflower rice and kurousengoku soybean soybean kinako from Hokuryu Town, pumpkin flakes from Saroma Town, and Sapporo Milk ice cream.
