There is no water at the bottom of the dam, and the surrounding mountains are tinged with autumn colors as they await the snow at the Huetaibetsu Dam.

With boundless love, gratitude, and prayers to the Etai-betsu Dam, where the melting snow of winter moistens the fields of farmers in the spring and fills them with the mysterious water that holds life.
