☆ Introduction of the "Yew Forest" haiku monument in Hokuryu Town
✣"I can't even see my head as I dig through the snow and dig in the dirt."✣Kojin Nakamura
A long time ago, in snow country, work and digging for snow for daily life was done with a shovel. The snow was dug up to a height exceeding a person's height, and the black soil was bounced up, but even the digger's head was not visible. (This work captures the resilience of the people living in the harsh northern climate.)
☆Kojin Nakamura (Toshihiro Nakamura), born in Hokuryu-cho, was 26 years old🌻(born January 7, 1931🌻).
