Chika Araki (age 26), grandson of Takao Yamada (age 81), a Hokuryu Town resident, was awarded the Best Actor Award at the Marseille International Film Festival in France. Congratulations!

This prize was awarded for his leading role in Kyoshi Sugita's "Haruhara-san's Song," which won the Grand Prix in the International Competition section of the 32nd Marseille International Film Festival.
