The Hokkaido Shimbun Digital website operated by the Hokkaido Shimbun Press (Sapporo City) has published an article (dated July 21st) entitled “Voter turnout in Sorachi district: 61.04% in House of Councillors election, higher than previous election in 23 cities and towns,” which we would like to introduce to you.
