The Hokkaido Shimbun Digital website, operated by the Hokkaido Shimbun Press (Sapporo), has published an article (dated April 8th) entitled "Wide-area Agricultural Cooperative Association donates 5 tons of Kita Sorachi rice to be used in local school lunches," which we would like to introduce to you.
The article states, "The association will use the money to provide two months' worth of school lunches for approximately 1,500 elementary and junior high school students in one city and four towns: Fukagawa, Imobeushi, Chishibetsu, Numata, and Hokuryu."
