Hekisui Shrine's annual festival (autumn festival), post-festival, birth festival, Shichi-Go-San festival

Tuesday, September 13, 2022

The annual autumn festival of Hekisui Shrine was held over three days, from Thursday, September 8th to Saturday, September 10th (September 8th: Yoimiya Festival, September 9th: Fireworks display, September 10th: Atomatsuri, Birth Festival, and Shichi-Go-San Festival).

Prayers are offered for the healthy growth and happiness of the children born that year, as well as those reaching the milestone ages of 3, 5, and 7.

"Children are treasures of the region, Japan, and the world, so please raise them with great care," said the chief priest, Takuo Kuroda.

We pray for the healthy growth of children through the Birth Festival and Shichi-Go-San Festival held during the autumn festival, and we offer our boundless love, gratitude, and prayers.
