On Wednesday, November 24th from 11:30am, a trial sale of freshly baked bread was held by the NPO Bright Farming Methods/RICH Workshop at Hokuryu Town Agricultural and Livestock Products Direct Sales Store Minoritch Hokuryu.
For this trial sale, approximately 500 loaves of freshly baked bread of 13 varieties were prepared. The bread was baked at the processing center, Food and Agriculture Workshop Palm, and then packed and transported to the direct sales store, Minoritch Hokuryu, for sale.

On the day itself, snow had been falling since the previous night, resulting in a snowy landscape overnight.

People who came in the pouring snow warmed themselves by the stove inside the store while waiting for their bread to arrive.
Finally, the freshly baked bread has arrived!!!

The first batch of customers finished their purchases within 30 minutes. After that, other types of bread were added to the sale in two batches.
Future plans
Trial sale on Saturday, November 27th
A trial sale is scheduled to begin on Saturday, November 27th from 11:30am.
Sales will be held twice a week in December (total of 7 sales)
Sales are scheduled to take place twice a week (7 times) in December.
December 1st (Wednesday), 4th (Saturday), 8th (Wednesday), 11th (Saturday), 14th (Tuesday), 18th (Saturday), 21st (Tuesday)
