A dressing made with "Hokkaido Kurosengoku soybeans," which are rich in soy isoflavones, polyphenols, and anthocyanins, and "first-pressed sunflower oil," which is rich in oleic acid extracted and refined from sunflowers and vitamin E, which has antioxidant properties.

It contains Hokkaido onions, tomato puree, and umami ingredients, and is free of added chemical seasonings, so you can rest assured. Its light yet rich umami and sweet flavor make it perfect for salads and carpaccio.

・"Hokkaido Kurosengoku Soybeans" are a native species of Hokkaido and are even registered as a trademark. They are extremely rare, tiny black soybeans that are difficult to cultivate and therefore produced in very small quantities.
