March 3rd (Sunday) is Hinamatsuri.
We celebrate and pray for the children's healthy growth and happiness!
"Kurosengoku rice pressed sushi" for Hinamatsuri
This year, we've created an arrangement of pressed sushi, layering Kurosengoku rice with pumpkin salad, cucumber, cheese, Moroccan green beans, and more, topped with pink cherry floss and nagaimo (Japanese yam) pickled in red shiso leaves!!!
There is still snow remaining in Hokkaido, but the warm sunlight shining softly through the clouds makes you feel like it is beautiful spring.
May the pink pressed sushi fill your heart and stomach with a pink light that radiates happy energy...
