Choux Cercle is a cream puff made with 100% Hokkaido ingredients, including "Nagai-san's Rice Flour (Kita Mizuho)" from Hokuryu Town.
The cream puffs were developed by Kimura Madoka, owner of Brasserie Cercle, a sweets specialty shop in Sapporo. Kimura's motto is, "I run a restaurant that uses no food additives, no artificial seasonings, and focuses on vegetable dishes, and building connections between producers and chefs is the foundation of the service industry."
