One winter day.
These three suddenly found themselves on a snowy mountain.
Noami from @gofuujuu,
Mr. Shirayama from @lesperance.sapporo and staff member Yumi.

Under the blue sky, we walked together on the snow into the red spruce forest.
They freely exchanged opinions while eating leaves, sniffing smells, and nibbling on icicles.

It's so remote that you can enjoy the deep space without being interrupted by anyone.
--I see. So new things are born in places like this.

And so this project was born.

I hope you can enjoy the forest air through tea and food.

This tea was born under the planning and development of the company.

This time, we will be providing the tea ingredients.
We will have a conversation between Mr. Kamii of Shizenshita, who runs a forestry business in Hokuryu Town, and Ami of Gofujuu.

This is a valuable opportunity to hear directly about circular forestry, Hokkaido's forests, and tea.

Enjoy the new L'Esperance cuisine, starting with forest-scented tea.
(3 dishes + dessert + Gofu Touame tea and snacks will also be served.)
