For the anchovy pasta (rice noodles), fry garlic, chili peppers, and anchovies in olive oil, then mix in plenty of mitsuba leaves!!!

Potato salad & egg soup with enoki mushrooms (medicinal soup)

The potato salad on the side contains colored bell peppers and mixed beans, and is seasoned with a dressing made from sunflower oil from Hokuryu Town and dried scallops from Hamatonbetsu Town!!!

The soup is egg soup with enoki mushrooms (medicinal soup).
