Mix equal parts matcha and Kurosengoku kinako (roasted soybean flour) and stir with hot water. Top with frothy soy milk and Kurosengoku don rice cakes!

The bitterness of matcha and the fragrant yet gentle sweetness of Kurosengoku soybean flour harmonize to create a foam soy milk latte with a unique richness and deep flavor!!!

The accompanying dessert is "Kurosengoku Kinako Ankodama," handmade bean paste balls covered in plenty of Kurosengoku Kinako.
