On November 3rd (national holiday) from 10:00 to 14:00, the Soba Shoraku Club Hokuryu will be holding a "New Soba Enjoyment Party" at the Hokuryu Town Soba Dojo (Himawari Youth Hall, Sakuraoka)!

New Soba Enjoyment Party: Soba Shokuraku Club Hokuryu (Hokuryu Town, Hokkaido)

The soba enthusiasts' circle "Soba Shokuraku Hokuryu (Chairman: Nakamura Shoichi)" will be showing off their skills. Enjoy freshly made new soba noodles (Kitawase buckwheat flour produced in Hokuryu) that are hand-made on the spot that day!

The menu includes chewy "mori soba," warm "kake soba," "tempura" with plenty of shrimp and vegetables, and "fresh noodles" for takeaway.

On November 3rd, if you bring a town cultural festival program, you will receive a complimentary kakiage tempura!

The event will also be held on November 13th (Sunday: fresh noodle sales only, 10:30-13:30) and November 23rd (Labor Thanksgiving Day).

Be sure to try the finest fresh soba noodles, lovingly grown and hand-made with love by the people of Hokuryu!!!
