The Fukagawa-Rumoi Expressway, a high-standard road, opened to traffic on Saturday, March 28th. It took 27 years to complete, with construction starting in 1993. The Yomiuri Shimbun newspaper carried a detailed report on the event, so we would like to share it with you.
