The Hokuryu Town Food and Beverage Association (President: Masumi Fujii, Owner of Snack Bar Hanarin) is planning and implementing a "5x Inakado Points Event" under the slogan "Don't let COVID-19 get you down!" The event will run from Wednesday, March 25th to Friday, March 27th.
Held independently by the Hokuryu Town Food and Beverage Association
This project was devised as a solution to the slump in consumption caused by the spread of COVID-19. Participating restaurants are Ajidokoro Hachihachi, Restaurant Himawari, Jirocho, Snack Wa, Snack Hanarin, Snack Kirara, and Restaurant Kazesha at Sunflower Park Hokuryu Onsen.
*At the two restaurants, Izakaya Ichinose and Seasonal Cuisine Kawajin, points are not issued, but they will provide food service that is commensurate with the service points.
First round: 5x Inakado points
As the first step, we will be holding a "5x Inakado Points" event for three days from Wednesday, March 25th to Friday, March 27th, in reference to the numbers "5 (Ko), 6 (Ro), and 7 (Na)"!
Part 2: Even if you use premium gift certificates, you can get 5 times the points!
The second round will see the sale of the Hokuryu Town Energy Support "Premium Coupon (500 yen)" on Monday, April 6th, and for two days, Monday, April 6th and Tuesday, April 7th, you will receive five times the Inakado points to commemorate the release.
Furthermore, if the last three digits of the product number on your premium gift certificate are 567 (Corona), a 500 yen gift certificate can be used as a 1000 yen gift certificate, and you will also receive 5 times the points!!!
*The premium gift certificates issued by Hokuryu Town are 30% off gift certificates with a face value of 13,000 yen (26 500 yen certificates) and will go on sale on Monday, April 6th for 10,000 yen per book. Hokuryu Town will cover the costs, and 1,000 books are scheduled to be issued.
Let's do our best, as the Hokuryu Town Restaurant Association, to support the hard-working townspeople!
Despite his busy schedule, we spoke to Yoshiaki Arima (62 years old), Secretary General of the Hokuryu Town Chamber of Commerce and Industry, about the event.
"The members of the Hokuryu Town Food and Beverage Association wanted to implement some measures to combat the novel coronavirus, so we quickly gathered together to discuss the matter.
Since premium gift certificates can be used for merchandise (purchasing products), we wondered if there was a way to provide services that could be used at each restaurant, and came up with this event.
Based on the idea of "Let's not give in to the new coronavirus and revitalize the town! Let's support the hard-working townspeople with the help of the Hokuryu Town Restaurant Association members!", each restaurant will contribute the equivalent of five times the Inakado Points.
"This event was made possible by the passionate desire and proactive action of all the association members to come together and support the town. The Hokuryu Town Restaurant Association will continue to consider measures in response to the COVID-19 infection situation," said Secretary General Arima.
With boundless love, gratitude, and prayers, I extend to the strong and powerful spirits of the people of Hokuryu Town who are cooperating, uniting, and acting with smiles on their faces, without succumbing to the COVID-19 pandemic.
