Group Home Hekisui
- A familiar life like a familiar home
At Hekisui Group Home, we strive to enable residents to maintain their lifestyles in a home-like environment and atmosphere. In dementia care, we do not take care of all aspects of daily life, but rather we watch over the residents, assess their remaining functions, and take the time to support them so that they can live at their own pace.
- Small group, compassionate care
In a small group home, residents can spend time at their own pace, and even elderly people with dementia can understand each other, become comfortable with each other, and live together with smiles on their faces. We can provide individualized care to each resident. As a result, they can build deep relationships of trust with each other, enabling high-quality care.
- A living environment that respects privacy
All rooms are private and are 7.5 tatami mats in size, and are equipped with a living room/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and four shared toilets, allowing you to live in an environment similar to that of a home. As all rooms are private, privacy can be maintained, and all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, allowing you to spend your time in your room. Another feature is the living room where you can relax and enjoy watching TV or chatting with other residents.
- A relaxing living space
Depending on the symptoms of dementia, creating a familiar and comfortable environment can help maintain a calm mental and physical state. We also aim to maintain the self-esteem of elderly people with dementia and provide person-centered care, helping to achieve a satisfying daily life that heals both their mind and body.
- Peace of mind support for families
By regularly contacting and reporting on the user's physical and living conditions and providing consultations to their families through letters and phone calls, we are able to provide support to the users, even when they are far away, and we are able to support them with a sense of unity. In the event of an emergency, we work with partner medical institutions to build a safe and secure system that can respond quickly.
- Psychological support
We build relationships of trust with our residents and their families, and we value their opinions so that we can be good advisors. We support our residents so that they can live their lives in peace and with peace of mind.
