On August 8th (Friday), Hokuryu Town signed a comprehensive partnership agreement with Hokkaido University of Science for urban development. The agreement will leverage the university's expertise in architecture, disaster prevention, medical care, and other fields, as well as the young students of the Faculty of Regional Creation, which is scheduled to be established in 2027.
