On Monday, February 21, 2022, Ryusei Farm Co., Ltd. (CEO: Akihiro Adachi) began producing "Homemade Warm Miso" using rice and soybeans grown at Ryusei Farm. Over the course of four days, we interviewed the farm's staff to learn about the miso production process.
