The film "Haruhara-san no Uta" starring Chika Araki and directed by Kyoji Sugita won three awards at the 32nd Marseille International Film Festival! The award was announced to her grandparents, the Yamadas, from Hokuryu Town!
On July 25th, at the 32nd Marseille International Film Festival in France, director Kyoji Sugita's "Haruhara-san no Uta" (starring Chika Araki) won the Grand Prize in the International Competition section.
