Sunflowers shining in the morning sun!
On Thursday, July 29, 2021, the sunflowers in the main area (near the observation deck) of Sunflower Village began to bloom all at once. They were about 80% in full bloom, making them the perfect spot to see the sunshine. Watched over by mysterious clouds, they shone beautifully in the morning sun.

24th Wanpaku Summer Festival 2021 ~Let's have fun and blow away the coronavirus and heat!~
The 24th Wanpaku Summer Festival was held on July 22 (Thursday) from 1:00 PM on Monday, July 26, 2021. Young fish were released into the river at Edaibetsu River Park in Hokuryu Town, and a water accident prevention awareness campaign and game event were held at the Hokuryu B&G Marine Center.
