Seeing off the Kubo family, Isamu and Nobuko, who settled in Hokuryu Town 102 years ago
Wednesday, April 28, 2021 At 8:00 AM on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, Isamu and Nobuko Kubo will be moving to Sapporo, where their son lives. Members of the Wa neighborhood association and other close residents gathered in the Kubo family's garden to say their final goodbyes.
