On Tuesday, June 9, 2020, from 1:30 PM on Monday, June 8, the Sapporo Development and Construction Department Fukagawa Road Office, Hokuryu Town Office, and Hokuryu Construction Association jointly conducted a “Himawari” (sunflower) removal project at the parking lot of the Hokuryu Himawari Interchange (IC) on the Fukagawa-Rumoi Expressway.
