Mayor Sasaki Yasuhiro explores the charms of Hokuryu Town [April 2025] He visits Eirakuen Special Nursing Home to encourage the town!
On Friday, April 11th, 2025, and Wednesday, April 9th, Mayor Yasuhiro Sasaki conducted a search for the charms of Hokuryu Town. The karaoke competition (Heishui Karaoke Club) was held at the Eirakuen Special Nursing Home for the Elderly (Director Jun Takahashi).

April 10, 2025 (Thursday) [Japan's Largest Sunflower Field] Mayor Yasuhiro Sasaki of Hokuryu Town, Hokkaido, which boasts the largest cultivated area in Japan, visited the Diet office. The view of approximately 2 million sunflowers in full bloom, dyed yellow, was truly breathtaking.
