On Monday, November 8, 2021, during the Hokuryu Town Product Fair 2021, we visited a restaurant serving dishes made with Hokuryu Town buckwheat flour and Kurosengoku soybeans. Rutin Handmade Soba, which serves soba noodles made with Hokuryu Town buckwheat flour, is a popular restaurant.
