On a snowy Sunday, December 18th, a straw craft workshop called "Shimenawa" was held at COCOWA, a commercial revitalization facility in Hokuryu Town. The workshop was organized by the Hokuryu Town straw craft group "Nakura" (representative: Katsura Tanimoto).
