The Seventeenth Night Moon (Tachimachizuki) with a Rainbow Halo - A Prayer for Miracles and Harmony at Dawn

Friday, January 9, 2026

It was early morning on Tuesday, January 6th. I opened the front door to get the newspaper as usual, and that was the moment it happened.

In the crisp, cold air of Hokuryu Town, I suddenly looked up at the sky and saw the divine image of the moon, wrapped in a rainbow-colored halo (moonlight crown).

The moon in question was the "17th Night Moon," a moon that had just passed the full moon on Saturday, January 3rd and was beginning to crescent slightly. It was a moving sight, as if time had stopped.

A great light that purifies the negative energy of the mind and body and fills them with clear energy!

The seven colors shine in harmony, emitting a majestic glow that leads you to a new stage!

As the new year begins and the cold weather intensifies, I am truly grateful for this "halo of hope" that the universe (heaven) has given me!!!
