View this post on Instagram Last week, a powerful machine was introduced to our factory! It's called the Bertuza Multipurpose Belt-Type Optical Sorter from Satake Corporation! This machine can now remove defective products that are similar in shape, something that wasn't possible with the previous process. From the left in the photo, you can see the raw materials, good products, and defective products from the fields. Because the sorting is done with such precision, the factory can operate with fewer people. This will enable us to deliver better paper bags than ever before. For individual customers, we will continue to hand-sort the small bags we deliver as before. We appreciate your continued support of the Kurosengoku Business Cooperative. # Kurosengoku # Kurosengoku Products # Kurosengoku Soybeans # Sorting Machine # Optical Sorting Machine # Satake Corporation # Multipurpose Belt-Type Optical Sorting Machine Bertuza # Hokuryu Town # Hokkaido Kurosengoku Business Cooperative AssociationA post shared by (@kurosengoku) – November 8, 2020, 9:56 PM PST
