This Valentine's Day treat is "Gâteau au Chocolat" topped with Kurosengoku Don, Kurosengoku Flakes, and mixed nuts!
Melt the chocolate & b butter in a double boiler, mix in the egg yolks and whipped egg whites, add a small amount of rice flour and cocoa powder, mix everything together well, top with Kurosengoku Don, flakes, and mixed nuts, and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Fluffy, moist and rich in flavour! The crunchy texture of the Kurosengoku don and nuts is delicious!
