Ice candles will be lit in front of Hokuryu Junior High School and Shinryu Elementary School on Friday, February 14th, and on the grounds of Sunflower Park Hokuryu Onsen from Saturday, February 15th to Sunday, February 16th. They will be lit one after the other starting at sunset.
