Hokuryu Town Halloween Night
The participating stores are Himawari Restaurant, Hachiya Ajidokoro, Jirocho, Snack Wa, and Hanarin.
If you come to a restaurant dressed in a costume (just a little is fine) and wear some Halloween accessories, the Chamber of Commerce Youth Division will give you your first drink for free!!!
