The Hokkaido Shimbun Digital website, operated by the Hokkaido Shimbun Press (Sapporo), has published an article (dated September 25th) about Sueko Kato (81), a member of the executive committee for the 3rd Wanpaku Festival in Fukagawa, which we would like to introduce to you.
The article states, "She is from Kitaryū Town. She uses her experience as a nursery school teacher to create the crafts. She has already made commemorative gifts for 50 people."
