We enjoyed a spring salad made with fresh vegetables (asparagus, lettuce, etc.) purchased at the newly opened Minoritch Hokuryu.

To celebrate the grand opening, all customers will receive a free sasa dango!

Plenty of lettuce and nutritious asparagus, which is great for relieving fatigue, is crisp and refreshing! Served with colorful bell peppers and Camembert cheese...

And the dressing is "Scallop & Sunflower Oil Dressing"!!!
The delicious flavor of scallops and sunflower oil combine wonderfully to create an exquisite dish!
