The Hokkaido Agricultural Guidance Officer Award Ceremony for fiscal year 2023 was held in Sapporo on February 19th, and the title of agricultural guidance officer was awarded to Minoru Nagai of the Mibaushi Neighborhood Association.
In addition, Ryo Kato and Kazuya Yotsutsuji of the Hekisui Neighborhood Association were also awarded the title of agricultural specialist, and currently there are four agricultural instructors and five agricultural specialists in Hokuryu Town who are working hard to train future generations and to develop and promote agriculture in Hokuryu Town.
