Kurosengoku soybean rice and vegetable roll sushi
The seven vegetables, named after the Seven Lucky Gods, are wrapped in good fortune: cold-cured spinach blanched in soy sauce, pickled takuan (pickled radish) in koji, pickled red radish in sweet vinegar, simmered carrots, shiitake mushrooms and kelp, and colorful bell peppers!
The unique richness and sweetness of Kurosengoku soybean rice blends harmoniously with seasonal vegetables to create a consistently delicious sushi roll!!!
