We combined Kurosengoku kinako flour with melon honey from Watanabe Yasunori Farm and tried making "Kurosengoku kinako sticks" for the first time!
Kurosengoku Kinako Stick
A collaboration between Kurosengoku soybean flour and melon honey (home-harvested at Watanabe Farm)!
The sticky and soft Kurosengoku Kinako sticks have a rich, nutritious flavor.
Add equal amounts of Kurosengoku kinako and melon honey, add a little salt, and mix until it forms a single mass!
Flatten it onto a baking sheet and cut into small rectangles.
Sprinkle plenty of Kurosengoku kinako on top and it's done!
The fruity taste of melon honey and the unique aroma of Kurosengoku kinako (roasted soybean flour) come together in perfect harmony to create the most delicious Kurosengoku kinako stick!!!
Along with a matcha latte with plenty of soy milk foam, this is a nostalgic yet new and exquisite taste, and we offer it with boundless love, gratitude, and prayers...
