The Hokkaido Shimbun, an internet site operated by the Hokkaido Shimbun newspaper (Sapporo), has published an article (dated December 20th) entitled "Three camps attend briefing session for Hokuriku Town Council by-election, no vote likely" which we would like to introduce to you.

The article states, "Applications for candidacy will be accepted at the town hall from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on January 9th."
