I was honored to host the "Eat and Support Hokkaido!" collaborative campaign sponsored by the Hokkaido Towns and Villages Association 🎤🌸
Chef Shimokuni Shin's new hotpot style "kasujiru2023" was created using Hokkaido ingredients for which demand is currently low, and was enjoyed by Governor Suzuki, along with 22 town and village mayors and officials from the Town and Village Association, and was presented to the media.https://t.co/ADMkXJZrSH pic.twitter.com/HcNjx9HFWw
