Get energized with song! Hokuryu Town resident Kazuo Kimura will be appearing at the Hokkaido Song Festival in Fukagawa!

On Friday, June 23rd, the Hokkaido Song Festival in Fukagawa was held at the Fukagawa City Cultural Exchange Hall Mirai, and in the first part of the event, Hokuryu Town resident and Hokuryu Town Council member Kazuo Kimura appeared.

❂ In the first part, about 16 people will perform as guests, including members of the New Japanese Folk Dance Club, karaoke clubs, and karaoke enthusiasts!
❂ The second part will feature guest enka singer Hiromi Yamaguchi (a beloved disciple of Saburo Kitajima) on stage!

Part 1: Kazuo Kimura on stage



The 13th speaker in the first part was Kimura Kazuo! He appeared holding a bouquet of sunflowers that he received from Sasaki Yasuhiro (Chairman of the Hokuryu Town Council).

She sang the song "Saredo Jinsei" with a powerful and passionate voice, a Japanese enka song filled with melancholy that shook the soul.
