On Friday, June 23rd, the Hokkaido Song Festival in Fukagawa was held at the Fukagawa City Cultural Exchange Hall Mirai, and in the first part of the event, Hokuryu Town resident and Hokuryu Town Council member Kazuo Kimura appeared.

      The 13th speaker in the first part was Kimura Kazuo! He appeared holding a bouquet of sunflowers that he received from Sasaki Yasuhiro (Chairman of the Hokuryu Town Council).

      She sang the song "Saredo Jinsei" with a powerful and passionate voice, a Japanese enka song filled with melancholy that shook the soul.
